What makes your outdoor fabrics different from regular upholstery?
Our outdoor fabrics are specifically engineered to be UV-resistant, water-repellent, and mildew-resistant. Unlike standard indoor materials, these fabrics are solution-dyed, meaning the color goes all the way through the fiber to prevent fading under intense sunlight.
How do I calculate how much fabric I need for my project?
We recommend measuring the length, width, and depth of your cushions or furniture. Always account for a 10-15% overage for pattern matching and seam allowances. You can also use our online yardage calculator found on each product page.
Do you offer fabric samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations. Samples are available for most of our collections, including Sunbrella and Phifertex, for a small nominal fee.
What is your return policy on cut-yardage fabrics?
Because fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we generally do not accept returns on cut yardage unless the material is defective. We encourage customers to order samples first to ensure satisfaction.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock fabrics typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom-sewn items, such as pillows or cushions, have a longer lead time of 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your fabrics easy to clean?
Most of our outdoor fabrics can be cleaned with mild soap and lukewarm water. For tougher stains or mildew, many of our performance brands like Sunbrella are bleach-cleanable. Always refer to the specific care instructions provided on the product page.
