At Outdoor Fabric Central, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home or patio. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused, uncut fabric or home goods in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
